You are responsible for for the shipping fees associated with the returned items. We do have a 30 day return/exchange policy, in which the products can be returned within the 30 days from the original purchase date. All sales are final on Pevonia Botanica products!

If you have purchased the incorrect product and would like to exchange it for something new, we would be happy to process this exchange. Just like with returns, you are responsible for the returned shipping charges.
